For Comment #2

It took almost 6 weeks for the birds to find this birdfeeder/Christmas present.  Now that they have, I can hardly keep up with them.  They seem very willing to share the window with Bailey.

The images with good depth of field were taken with my Sony cameras.  The last two, my iPhone.

For Comment: March (Emily)

Looking for "color dominance" I came across these. All have primarily "primary colors", and  a certain liveliness to them, to me.   They have a variety of subjects, with the common element of the primary colors.  I wonder if they seem to anyone else to go together.   Or is there a subset that might seem connected?

Turkeys everywhere.  There must have been another 30 or so in the front yard.  Bailey was very put out with me that I wouldn't let her out to chase them.

For Comment: February

Last month, I posted this as a black and white. Since then I have added color. Does it add anything to the image?

Set # 1 (square)

Set # 2 (rectangular)

I chose these images with this intent: Through my photographic art, I create metaphors that invite the viewers into an experience of hope.

Better as a vertical, or horizontal triptych ? And really, do the 3 go together in anyone else's minds?  There are slight differences in editing between the two triptychs, and further editing is entirely possible.

Yes, this was a very difficult assignment, which will be fascinating to discuss.  I'm in process of re-doing my entire website, and thought this would help with finding clusters of themes, since I do not have one specific style or focus.  I about pulled my hair out, but here's what I settled on:

This is a photo of my daughter Jessica taken against the shower door. I made it black and white using Nik.
