Hello! Thanks for your welcoming invitation!

 I was looking through the blog postings and thought I'd just jump in. If I think about it too much, I won't do it, and this group seems to be about doing! 

I saw postings from trips, outings, and life events, so I think this works. In August, we took a trip to Northern Ireland, Ireland and the Lakes District in England, so I thought it would be fun to share a few from across the Atlantic.

The first is Derwent Water in the Lakes District.  The second is Gortmore in Northern Ireland. The third is Dunlewey Church in western Ireland.  I'm still working through pictures!

 Al and I both joined a facebook group that has images "Inspired by Edward Hopper."  This was my first post.  It is said that Hopper's "House by the Railroad Tracks" inspired Alfred Hitchcock's Bates Hotel.
